3. Permitted disclosures

The Receiving Party may disclose Confidential Information to its employees, officers, professional advisers and other Representatives who need access for the Purpose.

The Receiving Party shall inform each Representative of the confidential nature of the information before disclosure.3 The Receiving Party remains responsible for its own compliance with this Agreement.

Disclosure required by law must be notified to the Disclosing Party where legally permitted.

4. Duration

These confidentiality obligations continue for two years after the final disclosure of Confidential Information.

5. Remedies

The Disclosing Party may seek injunctive relief in addition to any other remedy for a breach or threatened breach of this Agreement.
